Any required deposit or payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are considered a no-show and may be subject to a no-show fee. Digital Products & Services: Digital products, downloads, coaching materials, and completed services are non-refundable.
